Domestic Shipping:
We offer complimentary shipping via PostNL on all orders over within Europe. For orders outside of Europe there is a shipping charge of €24.- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs pertaining to returns and exchanges.
International Shipping:
We offer complimentary shipping via DHL on all orders over $250. International shipping costs for orders under $250 are calculated at checkout. On www.frankieboateng.com we don't charge on taxes but customers are responsible for any other fees incurred when shipment arrives. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs pertaining to returns and exchanges.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY:
You may change return any full-priced Frankie Boateng item within 10 days of the date you receive your order, provided the product is not used or worn in any way, and that you have contacted shop@frankieboateng.com for a return authorization. At our sole discretion, Frankie Boateng reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the requirements set forth under the terms and conditions of the Returns & Exchanges policy. Please note that unless the return is the result of an error on our part, the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable. Gifts may be returned in exchange for another item or a gift certificate in the amount of the gift item’s original purchase price. Gift certificates are non-refundable.
REFUND POLICY:
You may return your product within 10 days of receiving your order. Refunds are applied to unused and full-priced items. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and are issued to the original form of payment method. All promotional and discounted products are non-refundable. An exchange or credit towards another purchase will be honored if the original item is unused.

Securely pack the merchandise in its original box and packing materials, including the authorization form. Returns or exchanges received without properly completed documentation will be refused.
